Guy Sagie

Guy Sagie joined IDE after 5 years as SVP of Global Operations at Netafim, the global leader in smart irrigation solutions, operating in 110 countries with 1B in annual sales. In this capacity, Guy oversaw 1800 employees located in 29 subsidiaries, inclusive of 17 manufacturing facilities. Prior to his position at Netafim, Guy worked for Honeywell, a US based $38B technology company, as director of operations overseeing the operations in the Americas for Honeywell Safety Products. Previously, Guy worked at United Technologies Corporation, a $60B conglomerate as director of operations and prior as a member of the company’s exclusive 2-year operations leadership program. Guy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and an MBA, both from Boston University. He graduated cum laude from all his studies. Guy brings extensive international business experience, a thorough business understanding and significant operational capabilities.
