Hector Fernando Piscoya Vera is an executive with great experience in public and private sectors, having held positions such as Senior Advisor, Director of Planning and Budget, Quality Director, Director of Statistics and Information Technology, and Operations and Projects Manager.
He has also acted as a consultant in Strategic Planning, Decentralization, Quality Management and Optimization of Processes, Monitoring and Evaluation Systems, Environmental Management and Investment Projects, and Information Technologies. Whilst at SEDAPAL – the Service of Potable Water and Sewage of Lima – Mr. Fernando Piscoya Vera has served as Manager of Services Center, and is currently the General Manager.
Hector Fernando Piscoya Vera has studied both Industrial and Civil Engineering and holds a Doctorate in Administration and a Masters in Business Administration, Public Management and Systems Engineering. He holds a diploma in Project Management and Quality under PMI methodology, Management Systems and Information Technology, Simplification of Procedures and Projects of Public Investment.
