Kenichiro Fukuda

Kenichiro is a senior manager of EY Japan’s infrastructure advisory group based in Tokyo. He advises both public and private clients on a wide range of topics including PPP/PFI/concession project structuring, tariffs, and finance of water/wastewater operators.

He has experience in arranging the first Japanese concession projects in Japan’s water sector, Hamamatsu city’s wastewater concession project.

Kenichiro has been an adjunct researcher of at the Water Cycle System Research Center at Waseda University, and a member of the Japan Society of Public Utility Economics.
