Since 1997: National Water and Wastewater Engineering Company: Full time contractual translator. Assignments undertaken to date include:
Participation at the 1st Asian Conference on Urban Water and Wastewater Management
Participation at the 2nd Asian Conference on Urban Water and Wastewater Management – as member of the executive committee in charge of foreign liaison
Participation at three different Iran – Germany joint seminars on water and wastewater technology as translator.
Participation at different conferences organized jointly with the relevant water and wastewater stakeholders from France, Japan and Netherlands.
Involvement in the preparation (translation and editing) of different feasibility studies (technical, financial, environmental and social) for the 1st round of World Bank loans to the water and wastewater sector in Iran (towards the water and wastewater projects in the cities of Ahwaz and Shiraz and a year later towards the water and wastewater projects in the provinces of Guilan and Mazandaran)
Participation at different seminars, conferences and workshops (including workshops on procurement, asset management, etc.) organized by the World Bank for the benefit of stakeholders as moderator / translator.
Accompanying the World Bank mission teams on their monitoring / project appraisal visits to different parts of the country as translator.
Involvement in the project preparation process (translation and editing) for different Islamic Development Bank’s proposed projects in the water and wastewater sector of Iran.
Participation at different seminars, conferences and workshops (including at least two workshops on procurement in February 2015 and January 2016) organized by the Islamic Development Bank for the benefit of stakeholders as moderator / translator.
