Richard Woodling

Dr. Richard Woodling is the Senior Vice President of Water Services, TUV SUD. His previous positions include Chief Executive Officer at Puralytics Inc, Operating Partner at Clean Resources Asia CLSA Capital Partners, Director of Global R&D at Siemens Water and held senior technical  and operating positions for US Filter and Veolia Water focusing on Industrial Wastewater and recycle/reclaim. Dr Woodling has a deep background in water technology and extensive experience in the water industry which spans a number of areas. He has published over 70 papers and presentations in the “water technology” domain and has over 20 patents either granted or in the application process. He earned his Ph.D. degree from the University of California at Riverside and conducted postdoctoral research at the IBM Almaden Research Centre in San Jose and the University of California.
