Sylvester has 20-plus years of experience in the Urban Development/Water/Wastewater/Waste Infrastructure Sector, with particular focus on the Feasibility Study, Design, Construction Management, and Project Management for projects and programs of all sizes. His exposure included a good split between the Municipal and Private Sectors. Sylvester has had a particular passion with donor-funded (Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, USAID, AusAid, etc.) and alternate delivery (Design-Build-Operate, Build-Operate-Transfer, Engineering-Procurement-Construction, etc.) infrastructure. He has practical experience in more than 20 countries in the Americas and Asia.
Sylvester is currently the Senior Investment Operations Officer at the newly set up Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, and is responsible for the key sector of Urban Development/ Water Supply/ Sanitation/ Waste Management with the Bank. He covers investments in both the Public and Private Sectors.
