Registration Information

Registration Requirements

Registration requires a full name, job title, and unique email address.

Payment can be taken via a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Register before midnight on 30 Jan 2026 to access our Early Bird discount.

Registering Others

Registering on someone else’s behalf simply requires their full name, job title, and email address.

Early Bird Discount

The Early Bird discounted rate will be available until 23:59 GMT, 30 January 2026.

Upgrading Tickets

You can amend your ticket by clicking on the modification link in the confirmation email you received when you registered, or contact our Event Support team.

Refunds

We offer full refunds for any cancellation requests received by 18 April 2026. All refund requests are subject to a £150/$200 administration fee per registration. No refunds will be given after 18 April 2026.

You may also transfer your ticket to a substitute within your organisation – this must be submitted to our Event Support team before 18 April 2026.

Tickets cannot be transferred to future summits. Global Water Intelligence (GWI) reserves the right to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. The agenda is subject to change at the organiser’s discretion, and changes do not qualify for refunds.

Transferring Registrations

You may nominate a substitute from your organisation to attend in your place for any reason – this must be submitted before 18 April 2026.

Simply email their full name, job title and email address to our Event Support team and we will register them as your replacement.

Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our conference please notify us in writing within 15 days of the conference and we will refund 100% of your registration fee.

VISAs & Invitations

You can check your eligibility and how to enter Spain here.

If an invitation letter is needed to support your VISA application to attend Global Water Summit 2026 in Spain, reach out to our Event Support team after confirming your registration. For an invitation, please provide your passport details, the address of the VISA office address where the application will be processed, and the delegate’s full name and job title.
Scanned passports should be sent by a secured link – you may request a secured link from us if needed.

Verification & Entry

Entry is secured via a printed name badge available on location at the day of entry.

Delegates who purchased a 3-day pass can collect their badge at the Registration Desk on 18th of May from 7:30 am.

Delegates who purchased a 2-day pass can collect their badge at the Registration Desk during the Welcome Reception on the 18th of May from 5:30 pm. 2-day passes can also be collected on May 19 from 7:30am.

Accommodation

Accommodation must be booked separately to your GWS registration. We offer a limited number of discounted rooms within the conference venue, Madrid Marriott Auditorium, available for attendees. View our Venue page for more information.

Global Water Awards

For the first time, the Global Water Awards must be booked separately on a first-come, first-served basis. Find more information about the ceremony, venue, and more here.

3-day passes will automatically include the Global Water Awards (until tickets sell out).

2-day passes do NOT automatically include your ticket to the Global Water Awards, but may be added at your discretion.
