We are pleased to confirm that the Global Water Summit will still be held at the Novotel Madrid Center.

Travel arrangements and bookings

The GWS team are unable to assist with rescheduling existing travel arrangements with third parties. Our advice is to revert to booking agents and insurance companies who will have policies in place in response to the developments with COVID-19, according to official guidance.

What if I am unable to attend now that the dates have changed? What is the refund policy?

We will be implementing a cooling off period and temporarily suspending refunds until 30th April 2021. Any cancellation requests received during this period will not be refunded until 1st May 2021 and will need to be confirmed.

We will begin accepting refund requests from 1st May 2021, subject to a £120/$180 administration charge. Delegates who wish to cancel their registration will be eligible for refunds during this time period. In line with our standard pre-event cancellation policy, no refunds will be given within 30 days of the event, or after 18th April 2022.

Substitution of registrants may be made at any time up to the start of the conference at no charge.
