Giulia Pizzagalli

Giulia Pizzagalli graduated in Environmental and Land Planning Engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 2014 and went on to pursue a MSc by research in Environmental Technology at Cranfield University in 2017.  Currently in the role of Innovation Projects Manager at Anglian Water, her experience is centred around wastewater treatment processes, carbon and energy, with particular focus on hydrogen and GHG process emissions. Giulia is project manager for Triple Carbon Reduction, which was one of the winning projects in round 1 of the Ofwat Breakthrough in Water Challenge and which aims to explore the synergy between hydrogen generation and wastewater treatment.
