Biography

Highly regarded, extremely versatile and effective leader and manager, with over 20 years’ experience across wastewater treatment, waste and environmental management, logistics and best practice health & safety. Proven ability in oil & gas, dairy and government sectors across Australasia and the Middle East. Strategic leader of operations and teams with a focus on developing and optimising processes, to reduce cost and increase capacity. Extensive experience developing and establishing high performing teams and ensuring delivery of strategic priorities. Internal and external stakeholder management experience, especially within complex environments and with key decision makers, tailoring communications to the audience i.e. board, executives, customers, wider community and politicians.  Adept at conceptual thinking and transferring skills and experiences, to quickly assimilate to new working environments and challenges.
