Andreas Bassett

Andreas Bassett is Director of Operations & Maintenance at VCS Denmark. One of the largest and most progressive utilities in Denmark covering water and wastewater services. Andreas is leading 100 employees that on daily basis operates and maintain pumping stations, waterworks and waste water treatment plants and much more.

Andreas is widely involved in many activities in VCS Denmark. He plays an active role in the Asset Management program and digital transformation striving to optimize the total performance of the utility. Furthermore the development and strengthening of the employees’ competences and preparing them for a “new” and future digital age is on his agenda.

Andreas has seven years of experience within the Danish Water and Wastewater sector – the last two years in VCS Denmark. Before joining the utility sector Andreas has been working within the wind mill industry producing blade and components for windmills.
