Biography

Brandon began his illustrious career at WSSC Water over 17 years ago, working as a chemist at the Consolidated Laboratory through their student internship program. Throughout his tenure at WSSC Water, Brandon also was a dispatcher in the Emergency Services Center and a Field Compliance Specialist in the Office of Supplier Diversity and Inclusion.

In his current role as a WSSC Water Customer Advocate, Brandon’s dedication is evident as he tirelessly liaises between customers, various WSSC Water departments and key community partners and stakeholders, all while providing exceptional customer service. Coupled with his years of experience, proactive approach and active listening skills, Brandon provides a sense of safety and well-being within the community as he works to resolve escalated complex customer issues. He has become a dependable and respected lifeline to customers needing his innate problem-solving and compassionate assistance.

Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hesser College in Manchester, New Hampshire. Always eager to learn and complement the skills he has honed throughout his career, Brandon completed the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative’s certification program through the George Washington University Law School and obtained a Certified Compliance Administrator certification from Morgan State University. Brandon also is a graduate of Leadership Montgomery’s Core Class of 2020.

In addition to diligently serving the community as a WSSC Water Customer Advocate, Brandon contributes his time and talent to numerous District of Columbia metropolitan area churches. Two of them, New Birth Baptist Church and Mary’s Missionary Baptist Church, honored him with their respective Man of the Year award. He also participates in various community outreach events including youth mentorship and prisoner reentry programs.
