Mr. Chen is the director of Sewage System Office of CPAMI of Taiwan. He got his master degree of mechanical engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo and his is also the master of computer science of New Jersey Institute of Technology. As the director of the office in charge of the development of sewage system construction, Mr. Chen is familiar with sewage system construction issues including wastewater treatment, sludge treatment, wastewater reclamation and energy conservation of WWTP.
To adapt to climate change, Taiwan has dedicated to recycle resources in wastewater. Under his leading, Taiwan has completed a wastewater reclamation project. The project includes a wastewater reclamation plant which can produce 45,000CMD reclaimed water and 7 kilometer of transportation pipes. Total invest is about 80 million USD.
