Emerson Castro

Emerson Castro has a master’s Degree in Construction Management from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC). Civil Engineer from Federico Villarreal National University.

With more than 10 years of experience in project management, execution and follow-up, management of concession contracts in multimodal infrastructure and public services. He has held various positions in the Ministry of Transport and Communications, such as General Director of the General Directorate of Transport Programs and Projects and Advisor on Transport and Public Services Infrastructure of the General Directorate of Transport Programs and Projects and the General Directorate of Transport Concessions.

In addition, he has worked as Advisor in the ministerial office of the Production sector and as Director of the National Program of Educational Infrastructure – PRONIED.
He currently works as Director of Project Portfolio in PROINVERSIÓN.
