Francois-Xavier Basselot

Francois is the International Water Client Director for Atkins with over 12 years of experience for both a major Consultancy engineering company as well as with a major Water Utility company.

Francois has extensive experience worldwide but more particularly in the Middle East region and has in-depth knowledge of successful public-private partnership in region. Over the past 4 years, Francois has been involved in a number of high profile desalination and wastewater treatment plants PPP projects in the GCC region and more particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia supporting successfully public and private stakeholders in the delivery of those flagship projects, including Rabigh 3 IWP, Shuqaiq 3 IWP, Yanbu 4 IWP, Jubail 3A & 3B IWPs, Dammam ISTP, Jeddah Airport ISTP or Taif ISTP.
