Biography
Jean-Baptiste THUBERT has more than 15 years of experience in the water sector. He developed a large experience in desalination projects mainly in the middle east with SIDEM. His desalination experience ranges from MED thermal desalination that SIDEM mastered for decades to the most efficient large RO plants built today as well as most innovative products such as the Barrel.
After several years as Sidem Technical Director, he took over a position of Technical Director for the technological hub of Veolia Water technologies.
He now acts as overall Veolia Water technologies Chief Technology Officer (CTO) covering innovation and technological development for water treatment activities.
In this position, Jean-Baptiste actively works at developing technologies for a more sustainable future.
