This is Taiwan’s first water recycling plant capable of treating 20,000 metric tons of wastewater and producing at least 10,000 metric tons of purified recycled water daily.
Phase II of water recycling project will begin operation in 2019 H2, and wastewater recovery ratio will increase to 70% from the 50% in Phase I. Daily wastewater treatment capacity is expected to increase to 30,000 tons, and 21,000 tons of recycled water will be recovered.
ASE has designated K14 as an environmental education centerpiece on water conservation as part of our corporate social responsibility program.
