Pascual Fernández Martínez

Pascual Fernández Martínez is the CEO of Canal de Isabel II, and is also Co-Director of the UNESCO-URJC-UNED Chair for Water and Peace. He is a university professor with a PhD in Economics and Business Studies from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. 

Mr. Fernández has developed extensive professional activity in public administration within Spain: he has held positions as General Director of Taxes, Financial Policy and European Funds in several regional governments, Director General of Budgetary Analysis and Programming in the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary of State for Water and Coasts in the Ministry of the Environment.
