Biography

Susan Moisio, P.E., is the Global Director of Jacobs’ Water Market. 

She leads a team of more than 9,000 visionaries and doers to develop innovative, sustainable and technology-enabled solutions for the world’s water challenges in drinking water and reuse, water resources, conveyance and storage, wastewater and industrial water. Having joined Jacobs in 2005, Susan’s work is part of Jacobs’ holistic ‘OneWater’ commitment, which seeks to provide industry-leading infrastructure, digital and environmental expertise and address complex challenges across drinking water, wastewater, desalination, conveyance and flood control challenges. Over the span of her career, Susan has contributed to the success of some of the water industry’s largest and most challenging projects and programs.   

Susan is a Technology Fellow with more than 30 years of experience in capacity assessments, system integration, and flow analysis. Her experience in wastewater planning and capital project execution includes 16 years with the Cincinnati Metropolitan Sewer District. Named one of the top 40 influencers in the water industry by Global Water Intelligence magazine, Susan continues to be active in several professional organizations and works tirelessly to share her expertise as a mentor within Jacobs as well as by giving back to the water industry.
