Sylvester Hsu

Sylvester Hsu is currently a Senior Investment Operations Specialist with AIIB (Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank), and has a sector focus in Urban Development / Water Supply / Sanitation / Waste Management with the Bank. He covers project development in both the Public and Private Sectors, working with Government Agencies, State-owned Enterprises, and Private Enterprises.  Mr. Hsu has 20-plus years of well-rounded experience in Urban and Infrastructure Development. His experience covered all phases of project development, including: Feasibility Study, Due Diligence, Design, Implementation, Project Management, Budget Management, Schedule Management, Business Development, and Client Management for projects and programs of many types and scale.  He has particular experience with international-development-agencies-funded (Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, Asian Development Bank, World Bank, IFC , etc.) projects and is familiar with various project delivery models (Public-Private-Partnership, Design-Build-Operate, Build-Operate-Transfer, Engineering-Procurement-Construction, etc.). Mr. Hsu has practical working experience in over 20 countries around the world.
