Pre-conference workshop: Win/Win Procurement

At the heart of the issue is risk: can we as an industry find a better way of apportioning it so that everybody wins? This half-day workshop brings together the key players from across the supply chain together with the major clients for desalination and wastewater treatment plants to determine the strategies which will deliver the lowest costs through innovation and inspiration rather than desperation and corner cutting. In order to keep the conversation focused and while covering all the ground, this will be an invitation only workshop.
