Sudhanshu Barve

Sudhanshu is a seasoned leader, with over 15 years of extensive experience across industries. With a background of Engineering form one of the India’s premier institutes in Mumbai, Sudhnauhsu has always been someone who love challenges and treats them as opportunities to do leave a transformational & lasting impact on the business.  Started his career as a graduate engineer trainee, Sudhaunshu has rapidly grew up in the ladder to become operations head for various business units at ACG Capsules.​

Prior to this , he has worked with “Siemens” across geographies and brings about a differential learning agility to lead the ever-changing business realities. Sudhanshu brings along a vision of future when it comes to embracing the digital & automation changes and turning the factories into smart factories and the factories of the future. ​

He also heads the continuous improvement cell (CIC) at ACG, which targets to bring about continuous improvement with the help of tools like Six Sigma, TPM, Lean etc. Sudhanshu has immense impact, when it comes to the people and talent management in his team and beyond. He is one of the most inspiring leaders at ACG and has a potential to take the operations functions to the next level.
